I really adore it almost beyond words when fandom makes me love something. Watching Pacific Rim did not make me love it. Tumblr did. I'm not fannish about it, exactly, but I've hit "reflexive squee" status at a lot of elements. (As my Pacific Rim tag on Tumblr clearly attests.)
